We hope you are satisfied with every Happy Cow Moisturizing Udder Balm product that you purchase online. We believe in our products and their quality; however, you may return your online purchase to us for a full refund or an exchange.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT?
Please inspect your package upon arrival to ensure your order is correct. Please have your order number ready and contact us immediately at 1-800-356-1586 to assure prompt resolution. If you have to return your order due to our error, we will promptly schedule a UPS pickup and cover the cost of return shipping.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
Please inspect your package upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Please have your order number ready and contact us immediately at 1-800-356-1586 to assure prompt resolution. Please retain the shipping box, packing material and the damaged items for inspection.
WHEN DO ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED?
You may return the product by mail for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must include a copy of your invoice, completely fill out the return form and pack the product with its original packing material. After 30 days or without an invoice and return form, you may return the product by mail for an exchange of equal value. Products must be received within 90 days of purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE?
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. We will process a credit to your credit card on file within 7-10 business days. Your credit may not show on your credit card statement for one complete billing cycle.
All exchanges will be shipped via standard UPS Ground generally within 5 business days from the time your exchange request is received at our home office.
